Hours of Operation:
- Our Property Management Team's Office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- For urgent matters (i.e. Fire or Flood) outside these hours, please contact our Emergency Afterhours Line - 613-688-1407 option 4.
Bylaws & Rules/Regulations
- To maintain a harmonious community, we have established governing documents that outline rules for residents and governance for our Condominium Corporation. Please visit the Document Library section of this portal to see copies of all registered Bylaws as well as the Rules & Regulations. Please ensure that you are familiar with the Corporation's governing documents, as each Owner/Resident is responsible to abide by them in accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998.
Important Dates to Remember:
- Stay updated on community events, meetings, and important dates by checking our community calendar regularly. This includes the Annual General Meeting of Owners, as well as maintenance occurring on the property.
Correspondence and Work Orders:
- Efficient communication is key to a thriving community. Residents can expect regular updates and announcements through email and newsletters. Please visit the Document Library section of this portal to refer back to all communications issued by the Corporation.
- If you need to submit a work order for a repair the common areas or for any additional inquires or concerns, please use our online portal or submit an email to [email protected]. Our management team is dedicated to addressing requests promptly.
